How to Read Data from a web application?

Hi @Rajasri,Please check the screenshots and help with this. I want to Read the "Order Number".
Is it possible to share the url you are trying to spy and read the data from.
Meanwhile, its worth trying out with spy on HTML mode for this case.
in the application modeler, click on column "Match". It will sort rows so you can see all the ones checked. The error message you get in screenshot 2 says that it can't find the element you spy. You must have one row selected which shouldn't.
In Application modeler, try to use the highlight feature to ensure it can find your element correctly. You should have the less match lines checked as possible.

i have used Accessibility Mode for this, IE HTML mode is not working on this siteHi @Rajasri,

Try to Re-spy the element and be sure that it is selected (Use HIGHLIGHT button once your spying is completed). if you are unable to highlight the spyed element use drop-down by clicking IDENTIFY button and use "OPEN APPLICATION NAVIGATOR" and try to find out the element you want by selecting from the Available Elements and also use "Show Invisible Elements" if not able to find directly.
