Failed to hook target application - Timed out waiting for pipe connection

Hi Team,

I am trying to launch 'Computer Management' Application in local server, but it is failing. I tried to launch all possible exe (thru cmd,run,action stage, navigation stage etc) but it is failing. Now I am trying with action stage > utility environment > stat process with "compmgmt.msc". It opens computer management but can not attach. For this I am reading value 'Is connected' IF NOT then attach application. After doing all this I am getting error:
"Failed to hook target application - Timed out waiting for pipe connection in blue prism". Can anyone help please?

Hi All,

I had this today with one of my objects and found that I had unticked the "Restrict to non-invasive automation techniques" in the Application Modeller. Ticking it and then trying to attach brought success immediately.

I know this thread is old but if it stopped anyone from building a process and it got put on the back burner I thought I should still let you know what worked for me!
