AA waits open excel command

Hi

I have a problem. The problem is that when I use open spreadsheet command, excel can wait to forever. It happens often. When the problem occurs, we close excel.exe at task manager then automation works correctly again.

How can I solve this problem ? Did you experience that ? Thank you :))
