Able to spy but highlight is not working for Java desktop application in Blue prism

I am able to spy application using Java. But when i am trying to highlight i am getting Error - Highlighting results - No matching java elements found. This issues is occurring for all the controls like text box, label etc

Hello ,
Check all software compatibility and software versions,
1. Check your blue prism 32 bit or 64 bit ?
2. If it is 32 bit based on that installed 32 bit JDK and JRE.
3. Also used 32 bit version of java access bridge package and then retry to spy and highlight elements.
