Attach issue "Target application could not be identified"

Hi,
Im trying to help my friend with his final exam for digital workforce, but his attach isn't working. Im trying to build it as i built all of my other attaches that always work. Can you please help?

Check TabProcGrowth parameter and also set "Child Index" to 0 in "Attach" action

While attach give window title then you can able to attach the window opened from web.
