Always handle the exception at process level.

If you need all go to Blueprism portal and register there and search for Blueprism Best Practices Document and download it and go through it.

Login to the Blue Prism portal and the guides will be available under Learning > Guides.
Refer to the 'Object Design Guide' pdf. This guide shows a sample application with screenshots on how to design objects and their actions.
