Blue Prism becomes unresponsive when running send mail in MAPiex

Hi there,

Has anyone ever experienced Blue Prism becoming unresponsive (hanging) when running the send mail code in send mail object in MAPiex? The email sends successfully but Blue Prism still is unresponsive.

If so how did you overcome this?

I have the exact same problem at the moment. Only way around is to launch Outlook and then close it ... Which is absolutely pointless!
Anyone has an explanation?

Just make sure that outlook is running while executing the send mail process and check it.

Just make sure u have handled the dynamic wait stages correctly.

Having outlook running makes this function useless ... I'd rather use a code snippet and a direct POP3/SMTP connection than opening outlook..

MAPIex send mail and move mail actions making Blue prism stopped working and closes BP. in my case no mail gets send . anybody have faced it earlier or have solution for it?
