"Blue Prism has stopped working" Solution?

Hi!

I have multiple robots working on processes and I check them on daily basis. Sometimes one of them loses its connection for some reason and when I logon to the robot on remote connection, it says the Blue Prism has stopped working. I cannot understand why this happens, but I have scheduled a batch file for it in Windows Services. But it seems that the batch file does not work. I cannot force kill automate.exe and restart the server online again. I don't want to interrupt robots whenever they have a problem. What can i do? Can you provide some solutions?

I have only one ressource BOT and it happens from time to time. I was not able to find a pettern to explain it. It will happen very randomly. We have good monitoring tools at work, but when a process or service hangs, it is harder than checking if it is running or not. Interested in knowing if someone has a solution for this.
