Blue Prism working in a random way

Hi everyone,

I have an issue with Blue Prism because I have designed a process but this works in a random way.
When I launch the process the first time it works correctly but if I re-launch it a second time it freezes on an action, so I delete the action and do it again in the same way on the object and running the process it works.
After the correction and the run is ok, I try to run the process but it crashes again.

Can someone help me solve the problem?

May i know what is that ACtion you are calling/using.

Hi,

This problem does not always happens
with the same action but in different steps of the process, such as when opening a file or when downloading an attachment. However, we have found a workaround to avoid this problem and it works well now.
