Hi All,
Is Agile model possible in RPA and BP?If yes, What are the things we need to follow in Agile Model?
Like Requirement Gathering, PDD, SDD - How to prepare these in Agile Model ? I hope these things needs to be decided initial stage itself.
If I am wrong, any modification comes in between how to handle ? How to change the design ? I am little confused on this. Please clarify
