Bullet Points in MS Word

Hi, I have an expression that is some text to be put into MS Word, part of it requires Bullet Points and I'm not sure how to do it. Currently using an action that replaces text, in this case looks for 'Current Text' of <<Form>> and 'New text' is the below. The reason for the replace is that sometimes this is not required so the whole thing is blanked out.

Expression currently looks like

"Please supply us with one of the following:"
&NewLine()&
NewLine()&
"Signed form"
&NewLine()&
"Proof of address"

And it continues from there, the "Signed form"/"Proof of address" should be bullet points
