CISCO Jabber with AA BOT

Hi Team,

I am trying to Automate one of our Front end ticketing application with the CISCO Jabber Chat client. The flow is if a customer pings a representative through the official messenger the BOT will be triggered and it will ask the required 5 questions and the answers will be validated and based on the answers the ticket will be submitted. Would like to know what challenges I might face and what should I keep in mind before starting my development. any thoughts on this please.
