Clicking Lines in an SAP Table

Hi Guys,
I have a document table in SAP where I need to SHIFT+LEFT CLICK each line (Attachment).

I cant spy individual rows, but i can do a read action to Get All DATA. Not sure if this will help, See attachment.
I basically need to highlight/select all attachments before i go through the process of [Export] [Save As] etc.

The only way to manually do this is a physical CLICK on each line.

Hi boulay,

Greetings

what i understood from your query is..

you want to download all the records of that popup screen to an excel sheet?

if this is the requirement you have an option to download all the records of that screen to a local file as shown in the first screen shot and from there you can get that information from local file to blueprism.

or

if you want to highlight all the records including header line please click as shown in the second screen shot (highlighted with red colour).

Regards,
Raju

Hi Raju,
Thanks for the help
I need to download all files that exist, and copy them into a web app.
I don't have that corner box to 'select all' as you pointed out, this is FB03 (service window), . see attached.

got this working via a "get all items" collection
global send key event for CTRL+A
export button because it requires a separate "name&save" for each file
and then a loop that saves each file with the names in the collection.
