Communicate Power automate Flow results back to Blue Prism

Hi there, I am currently using - Blue Prism and Power automate. I pass a variable as an input parameter to start a Power automate flow of updating fields on SharePoint from the web API's section of Blue Prism. I have a check in place at the end of the flow to verify that the fields updated correctly. I need to communicate this back to the Blue Prism process. Is this possible?
