Hope the no. of columns and data type of columns is same. You can create a loop on the files, get the file as collection and merge it to an empty collection. SO, at the end of the loops you will have a final collection with all the excel sheets merged. But if the number of rows are more lets say more than 30k, i would suggest you to use code stage (C# or even python).
