Hi @arghya_bh ,

My suggestion on this would be to create a mail sending process and call it before the end of the desired process you want to track.
You can track if the flow was successful or if there was exception and send the mail accordingly.

However, there is no way to get a mail via blueprism on itself if there's a process termination.
