Could not identify the process owning current foreground window

I am scheduling the process to run in unattended mode,when the bot runs in unattended mode ,an internal error is coming "could not identify the process owning current foreground window".I am focusing the window using AA mode,I do not get an error that the window does not exists.In the initial step itself it is failing.This error is for SAP and Excel Windows.Can anyone help upon this?
