Covert PDF with images to text (Excel or Word)

Maybe someone knows a fast way to convert large pdf files (400MB) with images to readable text in Excel or Word.

From Office 2010 onwards, they open PDF natively, you must indicate the file ... and give it "open with"

Desde Office 2010 en adelante, abren de manera nativa PDF , debes indicarle al archivo... y darle "abrir con"
