We have one “Send Email” stage at the end of the process where we are sending status email through mapiex VBO.
The issue that is happening is that a few times this stage is taking around 30-40 mins to get executed from control room. This is happening randomly for a resource PC and cannot be replicated in studio.
Also this issue started happening since Friday, before that it was working smoothly.
Due to this delay the overall processing time for the work items is getting delayed.
Any suggestions why this is happening?
