Extract Unread email data from Outlook

Hello All,

I have tried extracting the email data from Outlook using the VBO in BluePrism. But, the extract data was in HTML format.

So, is there any alternate so that the data can be extracted in normal format, because there are few other calculations involved after extracting the mail.

Presumably the action page code has item.HTMLBody.
Please replace it with item.Body and it should be working fine.
