Help on Comparing Dates

i had to filter a collection on Column2 within a range of dates in format (dd/mm/YY)

"[Filtered ALM Filing Collection.Column3] >= [Reporting Date From] AND [Filtered ALM Filing Collection.Column4] <= [Reporting date to] AND [Filtered ALM Filing Collection.Column5] = 'YES'"

[Reporting Date From] and [Reporting date to] are inputs

I use function datediff --- You can use it to determine how many (days) difference is between two dates.
Inteval(No.) Meaning
0 year
1 week of year (calendar)
2 weekday
3 second
4 quarter
5 month
6 minute
7 hour
8 day of year
9 day

How to get week of year (starting date from 01 Jan, current year)?
And if I make use of DateDiff function, then what should be in the interval?
