Certainly go down the accreditation path of Blue Prism, getting at least the initial development accreditation (AD01).
From this, education in both BA skills (from requirements, process mapping, Agile, Lean and Kaizen) and technical architecture with a view to understanding the details of how Blue Prism can be implemented. This would be a good start!
