Utility- Environment vbo
use kill process
give input as "iexplore"

You might want to make use of the Navigate stage -> Terminate action in the dropdown.

Action: Utility-General>>Kill Process
Process Name: "IEXPLORE"

Try this It will work.

I recommend combining VJR's and Raghu's suggestions. I normally use the Terminate action, then check if the process still exists (after a short wait time). If it still exists, I retry 3 times and check after each retry. If the process still exists after all hat, I kill it with Kill Process. This provides for giving Terminate time to work, and saving the much more drastic (in my opinion) Kill for only when it is absolutely necessary.
