My goal is to copy and paste data from Excel 1 to Excel 2 but before doing that, I need to delete all the data, except headers from Excel 2. I really appreciate your help. Copying a collection with just 1 row doesn't work since it just append data and does not replace everything from excel.

If you would like to skip the headers then start from A2 instead of A1.

For different query, please use different thread.
Anyway, answering your question - Deleting workbook should be treated as deleting a file. You can use business object : "Utility - File Management" and Action : "Delete File" by providing the path of the file.
