Issue while spying Mainframe application using Blue Prism

Hi All,
I am facing issue with mainframe automation using Blueprism. I have used 'Generic HLLAPI' emulator to launch mainframe Fundmaster application.BluePrism is able to launch mainframe application successfully , however I am unable to spy the elements and switch the spy modes. By default I am getting Win32mode and select CTL+LEFT button click its showing a Identification Tool popup in top of the window.

Please advise what is the issue here? Do we needs to configure any extra settings to spy with mainframe application?

Hi, did you got a solution?. I am not getting grid to spy element on mainframe screen.
I am using rumba mainframe.
I made sure that HLLAPI option is enabled in mainframe.
Any suggestions why I am not getting the spying grid in identification mode?

Attach & start spying the elements using grid tool. Once you attached the application you will get a grid tool. Most of the mainframe applications doesn’t support spying operation without using attach stage.
