Hi Everyone,
I am new to BP. I took the foundation course and looking to give exam in the near future. So I went to create a account in Pearson Vue and used my credentials including BP Portal ID. But it says
"Are your details correct? We couldn't find a match in our system. Make changes and try again."
Has this ever happened to anyone? I created a helpdesk ticket with BP but haven't heard anything yet.
Any info regarding this will be appreciated.
