Solved Issue with Pearson vue account creating using BP Portal ID

Hi Everyone,
I am new to BP. I took the foundation course and looking to give exam in the near future. So I went to create a account in Pearson Vue and used my credentials including BP Portal ID. But it says
"Are your details correct? We couldn't find a match in our system. Make changes and try again."

Has this ever happened to anyone? I created a helpdesk ticket with BP but haven't heard anything yet.
Any info regarding this will be appreciated.

@PraveenNair you need to contact PearsonVue support with this issue, many of us had the same problem back in August.
Thank you. I just got it resolved by calling them. BTW do you have a list of practice certification questions or can you direct me to a site that has those questions. I am taking the exam next week and would like a practice run. Already completed the test from BP Portal.
