Manage windows control not working

Hello Team,

I have developed task using manage windows control to automate a windows application. It was working perfectly fine however now it has stopped identifying the elements which were earlier spied with manage windows control. The same task is working on the other system and bot is able to identify element of the application however it doens't work in my system.

I have matched the following configuration with other system:-

Resolutions is identical for both the system.
All other configurations are same on both the system.

Can someone please advise on it.

Manage windows use coordinates. i think maybe wrong coordinates,
u can try with image recognition, i think will working ok

It was working perfectly fine earlier and even I have given the demo for it as well however now manage windows control is not working on any of my RPA task which is strange. Do you have any idea about this issue.

It’s actually strange as you say the screen resolution is also same and you have tested it earlier .

To look into it in details can you please explain what is the desktop app you are using and also give a snippet of the code ?
