Navigate attach not responding

Hi, im inserting value for windows security popup.

This is my current process, open url --> input username and password --> click ok.

Im having issue on navigate (attach) stage where it is not responding about 7-10 minutes before it proceed to next step. It is successful after on hold for 7-10 minutes. Anyone can assist my issue?

2nd issue, i call the action in process it will give me error :
Error: Internal : Failed to perform step 1 in Write Stage '' on page '' - Not Connected

What are your settings in application modeler?
Have you ticked second option?

I select Windows Application --> My application will already be running

On the process, it is successful if I click the step. It hit error Error: Internal : Failed to perform step 1 in Write Stage '' on page '' - Not Connected if I click Go.
