Need Steps to make filter conditions dynamic

Hello Team,

I am having a scenario to filter the tabular conditions with Choose Field dropdown, Operator Dropdown and value textbox.
I Spied all these 3 controls in AA mode in the first row and I am able to enter those values.
But when I tried to enter other filter values in 2nd row am unable to do it.

How can I make this controls dynamic for each row. I may need to filter for 5 to 6 rows sometimes.

I am attaching controls screenshot & Application modeller for Choose Field dropdown in AA mode.

Hi Naveen Pittala,

Can you open the 'Choose Field' dropdown and show.
And also share how were you able to select the first value.
