Not able to RUN/SCHEDULE task from CR 10.7

Hi All,

I am using AA 10.7 and i am facing a issue when i want to Run or Schedule task from Control Room.

In “Webcr” log file i found

"Error Message: The socket connection was aborted. This could be caused by an error processing your message or a receive timeout being exceeded by the remote host, or an underlying network resource issue. Local socket timeout was '00:59:59.1871773'.
Additional Info: Client and Control Room should have same security settings. (Network security / Firewall)"

Please help me to solve this issue.

Hi Gaurav ,

Can you check if your local machine port 443 is open under your fire wall.
Web socket uses this port to interact with the clients if its blocked you wont be able to run/schedule bots.

Please open the windows fire wall and go to rules and find the port number and unblock it , this should resolve your issue.
