Hi there,

Just wondering how far advanced people are in their RPA journeys...have you got to the point where a formalised operating model is required?
Does anyone work in a situation whereby there are a number of departments or business units in your organisation that are starting/progressing with RPA? If so, how do you manage things like:
a) a support model....what if a process breaks and needs attention. Do you have a single support/maintenance team? Or is it up to the respective department to mainaint their own processes? What if sub-processes (or business objects in Blue Prism) are shared across departments?
b) development patterns - if you do have multiple teams, do you have a single or set of patterns that they must develop using? Or do you have the freedom to do as you wish in each area (as long as it meets quality, we don't mind how it's done)
c) center of excellence......what did this look like and what level of accountability does it have?
