Phone Numbers Used in Application/Website Registration

My team is running into an issue when registering our bots for certain applications or websites. Registration for these requires a phone number. Some of them use it to send security codes for password changes, unlocks, and the like, so the phone needs to be able to receive text messages. Currently, we're using our mobile phone numbers during these types of registrations so that we can move forward, but I'd rather our ability to recover a bot's account not lie in the the mobile phone of someone who could leave the company tomorrow.

My only idea is to purchase a mobile phone specifically for the bots, which we'd use to register all of our bots, but even then, there may be sites that won't allow for multiple registrations using the same phone number.

Is anyone else running into this issue? If so, how are you handling it?
