Solved Problem accessing Outlook 2016 folder with MapiEx

I have a Blue Prism process using MapiEx to read emails in a subfolder of the primary email inbox. It works correctly when running from my computer in a development environment. When moved to the quality test environment, MapiEx.Get Mail returns an error that it could not open the subfolder. I tried going into the subfolder Properties/Permissions and granting all rights to all users without success. The BP bot account owns the mailbox so I'm not sure what to do. My laptop is running Windows 7 and Office 2013 while the quality test environment is running Windows 10 and Office 2016 but other bots developed in the same way have worked correctly. Any ideas?
