I am trying to automate a keystroke to fill a field and for any reason, I cannot populate the field. Below I send the screen that I am working on:

The service field has the prompt enable for typing but when I send my keystroke task, it is captured as a keystroke for the screen and not for the field. For example, if my keystroke is carrying a 0, it is launching the Doc. Fiscal shortcut (0) and launching a new window. Any ideas about how to solve this problem?
