Hello,

In the control room we have a process that always has a lock icon on the name each morning when we come into work. Is there a way to see what is causing the lock? I assume we would need system admin privileges and perhaps look into the system tab?

In my head this is essentially a 'basis' team function where we could see the status of process and maybe even object-level status.

Thanks for any and all ideas!

Hi,
What lock icon are you talking about?

If you're talking about this icon:

This means that the process was locked for editing by someone of on the BP server in process studio. The lock will not be removed until the user release the process or someone force unlock the process/object.

Hope that was helpful.
Rgrds,
Dave.
