Program don't run from control room

I have an application which is using IBM iAccess for windows to run which is no more supported by BluePrism so I used to run it the Utility Environment- Start Process action then used application modeler normally to sign in and do the other functions.

the problem here is that the process run successfully through step over or play actions while when I tried to run it through the control room it is failed as it told me that the app. couldn't be attached.

any help in this issue?

Run the application modeler setup wizard again. There might be a configuration issue. Are you running in control room on the DEV bot, or on a different one? If on a different one, is the application installed in the same location as on your DEV bot? It needs to be in the same location on both.
