I have an userID as I125.Now need to send mail.So in new mail of outlook I passed this ID and checked names for the name of the ID to appear.And got the name.
Now upon getting the name the next step is to double click on the he mentioned ID in the To field to get the concerned ID organisation details window.
Now need to click k. Organisation and CHK his immediate manager name and copy the name and replace this name in the to field.
If suppose the immediate manager is not found then need to scroll down the line and CHK for the title and verify and select that concerned person name and process the normal process.
Can someone suggest solution
