I too got the same issue, but i didn't find solution for this.
Glad to see if some one answer the same.

Hi All,

I too faced the same issues. I have multiple instances of Blue prism and the one which has licence expired and if am using by changing date or freezing system date.
Same error is displayed to me.
Request you to check the licence.

How to resolve this issue.
I have changed the port number to 465 and anti virus is turned off.
still facing the same issue.
please help me to resolve this issue.
