If you are trying to spy the irctc website then may be you are doing it for personal use or as a practice assignment. Generally speaking, using RPA for automating applications in any organization do not/should not involve something that has a Captcha because its primary purpose is to be "Tough on bots, Easy on humans". Hence its going to be working only sometimes.
