Work queue-loop never ends

iam trying to get data from collection to get next item through loop and store in another collection but the loop here never ends, kindlyhelpinthis

Can you please elaborate what exactly are you trying to achieve ?
Do you just want to copy rows from one collection to another ?

I think
when you mark item as completed then you had linked stage to the Loop Start1 it should be Connected to Loop End1

After mark completed linked to Loop End Stage.

Incorrect.
Mark Completed -------> Loop Start 1

Correct.
Mark Completed -------> Loop End 1
