Hi Could you find any way to find this problem out ? I am facing with this trouble and it happens maybe once time in 2 or 3 months.

I found the solution. The solution is when you want to get all items through the table so you need to make your table sure that is full if it is not full so get all items sees this table is empty so it needs to get some of them.

I have the same kind of problems about this table and when I want to get all items then BluePrsim only can get three of ten items and This does not work very well for me because I need to Get All Iems.
