    Is there a way in which we can extract a report of how many daily hours a bot has actually worked, during a given time period?

    How can I process certain types of Items in Work Queue with specific BOT?

    Suppose if I have 3 BOTs and have 9 items in the work queues. I want that 3 items of specific type should be process with BOT1, another 3 items of specifice type by BOT2 ans so on. If i am using tagging for these 9 items. How can i force BOT2 and BOT3 not to process first 3 items in the queue...
