Hello guys ,
I have developed a process completely using blue prism , and it was running in a normal and stable way from both the Process studio and from Control room for more than a month until now .
And suddenly today when i try to run the process today from the control room the process crashed at a certain step where the robot is identifying an (Upload file window) to upload a file to a website app , the robot is unable to identify the window although i am making a wait stage for 10 seconds before the window appears and ofcourse it was behaving well every time the robot runs for more than a month , and the surprising fact is that when i tried to run the process from the process studio this issue disappears and the robot behaves normally identifying the window and uploading the file , as usual !!!!.
I have investigated this issue and i cant find any logical reason for this to happen , so can anyone explains that to me .
