Question about MS Excel VBO

Hi All I have 10 data ITEMS in Blue prism which I then need to transfer to an
excel sheet folder so basically I need the data to go from A1 to J1
Then when I open the folder again or keep the folder open ... the next 10 data items go in to the same folder and start from A2 to J2
and so on repeat A3 to J3 so in theory if I did 20 checks it would continue entering this data on the same excel sheet starting from a1 to j2

repeating and adding data until A20 to J20

any help and info would be a great help

Hi AndyK16,

Sorry, I didn't quite understand your question.
Can you share the screenshots of the
- filled up Excel file
- the data items
- and the folders you are referring about?

unfortunately not able to due to work

but to confirm I need to move a collection of data to an excel sheet
so in this collection there are 10 data items
And I need to transfer this data to the excel sheet starting from D1 to cell J1

then when I move on to the next work it starts again in the collection and adds to the same excel starting underneath D2 to J2 and so on D3 to J3

hi so I've got all my BP data added using add row and a calculation stage and multi data showing all my data

Question is next how do I transfer this to excel with one paste say pass this data to excel row A1 to J1 in one go Rather than A1 paste B1 paste and so on

then I need to start again when the data refreshes and start from column A2 to J2

if i got what are you telling... i'd add a calculation +1 number of row after the first file is pasted and so on.. the 20nd is going to be paster in your row number 20...dont forget to add a number to your first file and a decision stage.

Hello AndyK16,

Your recent post gave some clarification.
Is this how your collection looks like and how you want it to be on Excel?
The only difference from the screenshot will be that the data in the collection will be different each time and hence a different row in the Excel.
