Delete file with address contains variable

I want to delete a file in a folder which its address contains a variable.
How do I write the variable in the address?
I tried some formats but didn't succeed
for example:
H:\Back up\{%ExcelData%.(*)}
or
H:\Back up\{(%ExcelData%).*}
or
H:\Back up\{%ExcelData%.*}
