Get the Range Values

Hi,

Can anybody suggest your ideas for the below query


I have a collection that contains values.....
For example :
1-5,
7
8-11
13
(I have attached the image of the input collection with values...These values are always Dynamic)




I want to the get the range between the values which contains Hyphen , So that the output in a collection should like:
1
2
3
4
5
7
8
9
10
11
13
