Not able to login

Hi,
I am trying to automate engagement creation process on website .
For that i need to login on that website, but whenever i try to login via blue prism process (by bot) its showing incorrect userid/password.
But when i try to login manually, it works fine.
I have tried on both i.e. google chrome and internet explorer but no success.
Can anyone one tell me where i am doing it wrong ?

Hello,

Check with credentials what you had provided in data items, or else type in freshly with accurate login details.

You need to set focus on user name and password text boxes.

I have checked hundreds of time the credentials... Everything is perfect
I have tried to login to websites like Gmail and other....for them it's working fine....but only this perticular website giving me headache

I used Global send keys i.e. I send Userid, then I send TAB and finally Password .
It worked
