Outlook issue

Hi All,

We are facing issue in Outlook, saying " Another program is using Outlook. To disconnect programs and exit Outlook click the Outlook icon and then click Exit". In that case we have to Login to the VM and kill the Outlook and then VM moves to Logged out state and later Logging in using Login Agent. We are frequently facing this issue. Urgently need help on this!

Hi Chakku,

To my knowledge, this scenario eventually occurs when you are using outlook VBO. Try using Mapiex It should solve the problem

We no longer use Mapiex, we are using Outlook VBO.

Outlook VBO can be finicky sometimes. To my experience, mapiex is pretty stable

We have used the Mapiex code in Outlook as an extended object, so there in no problem with the VBO.
The problem is with the application(Outlook).
