Outlook VBO cannot Receive Email but can send email

I am using Blue Prism with the Outlook VBO to receive emails. I have been successful in receiving and reading emails until about a week ago, now it keeps giving me an error every time I try to receive emails. "Internal : Could not execute code stage because exception thrown by code stage: The item could not be found."
I am able to send emails and add attachments to emails with no problems.
I have tried using different Outlook VBOs and reinstalling the most current Outlook VBO from Blue Prism with no luck.
We have an IT member dedicated to helping us troubleshoot issues, and he is stumped as well.

Can anyone help me troubleshoot this?
