I'm part of a very small team that have just completed our first product, which was essentially handed to us by an external consultant as they left the building. The process itself has gone very well, but in terms of identifying and developing new processes, myself and the rest of the team feel a bit in the lurch in terms of analysing existing processes and identifying opportunities for automation. Has anyone got any tips or resources that they don't mind sharing around a framework for this stage of the development cycle?
During our first process, I certainly feel that our discovery of the process would've been aided by developing a greater understanding of all the moving parts at an earlier stage, rather than having it largely handed to us. So if anyone has anything that might help to clarify my thoughts around this stage, I'd be greatly appreciative!
